tried baking today.but i guess it didnt turn out well.it was supposed to be chocolate pretzels, but it turned out to be flattened cookies instead.sigh.im such a failure.haha.the recipe said sth like, "roll the dough into 28 small balls,if the dough is sticky,flour yr hands" however no matter how much i floured my hands, i cldnt roll each of them into a rope of abt 25cm long, so tt it can form a loop with the two ends to form the pretzel shape.sighh.so in e end i juz placed small round shaped doughs onto e tray and into the oven.and there it was 28 flattened cookies.haha.hopefully it is edible.lolx.i sld consult joel someday :p
