wasnt feeling too well today. probably cos i didnt have enough sleep last night.. but still played frisbee.. :p took a nap once i got home just now.. feeling much better already ((:

anyway there was some health talk today on physical education..
what i learnt.. :p

-know yourself
-renew your mind
-seek balance and flexibility
-have goals, dreams, passion
-get supporters
-get a higher frame of reference
-look after your body

Use Stress Coping Strategies
-engage in activities you enjoy
-practice relaxation techniques
-talk to someone you trust
-ENGAGE IN PHYSICAL EXERCISE!
(i guess this was the main reason for the talk :p)

i was just wondering how many of those qualities do i have? Do i know myself? or have any goals, dreams or aspirations? i really do wonder.. lolx.

i realise that im not someone who assumes.. i dun believe in assumptions.. wouldnt it be nice if things were clear? but sometimes one's action really confuses others and i realise that things do change as time goes by..
